Want an easy and delicious baked honey glazed salmon recipe? Well look no further. This honey garlic salmon is my absolute favorite recipe, and I’m happy to share it with you guys. It is so easy to prepare, and it bakes up in only 15 minutes. This is an excellent recipe to prep ahead if you are busy later in the day or if you’re having guests for dinner. It is so good and my favorite way to eat salmon, or any fish for that matter.
Here are the ingredients you will need for 4 fillets:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon or spicy mustard
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 salmon fillets (4 to 6 oz. each)
Salt and pepper fish. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the fish. Refrigerate for at least an hour so that the flavorful ingredients can penetrate the salmon fillets and do its magic. Take the fillets out of the frig about half an hour before you plan to cook them so they can come to room temperature a little.
Take an iron skillet or other heavy-bottomed pan and place the fillets skin side down and not touching. Broil for 15 minutes (500 degrees). That’s it. Remove from oven and enjoy. I promise you will love them!
